Automation refuses to launch rocket despite having enough fuel

Rocket with enough fuel refuses to be launched via automation, in checklist fuel is not check-marked despite acknowledging that there is enough fuel for a one-way trip. Rocket simply ignores green signal and I had to remove logic input and launch rocket manually.

This worked fine some time ago. On first screenshot you can see it working, tank is half full but is sufficient, on second screenshot rocket has same destination and amount of fuel, enough fuel to reach destination according to tooltip, but checklist is not complete. This is a return trip to a CO2-rich asteroid 3 tiles away, where rocket was originally fueled. This limits use of automation for single use rockets (I'm sometimes sending single use CO2 rockets whose purpose is to be unloaded and disassembled at destination, they don't need a full tank)

Workaround: top up the tank.

P.S. Similar issue with cargo loading, but there I can just disable loaders, not waste gas.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Build a CO2 rocket
  2. Set destination to be a 3 tiles (half the tank) away landing platform
  3. Fuel rocket to have enough fuel exactly for 3 tiles (destination might need to be marked as a 'plus a return' trip)
  4. Try to send rocket away via automation

User Feedback

The problem is more general and will not let the rocket launch if any warning is up.

I have it as well. Kinda annoying and the only way to override this is to destroy the automation wire from the platform.

A priority on this would be greatly appreciated (if at all possible).

Same problem here. To launch the rocket with automation I have to have it fueled completely and select the "Crew" option. With defeats the purpose of having an automated rocket. I don't want the crew stuck inside the rocket when I don't need to launch it

Hello.
I also have this problem. Very annoying. If we go through all the trouble of automating the rocket launch, Klei should give us some credit and assume we know what we are doing, including launching one way.

+1.  The ideal solution would allow us to decide which checkboxes are allowed to be ignored for launch and which must be respected.  Maybe a mod could handle this.

Little late but... I've made a simple Just Launch It Mod that enables automatic rocket launch despite any warnings (such as not enough fuel/oxidizer for the journey back, or cargo transfer is not completed).

tl;dr

I don't care that the rocket does not have enough fuel for the return trip, Just let me launch that Rockeeet using a switch! Using this mod.
