With all other building tabs, when no objects in them are researched, they show a research icon over them and are disabled. The Automation tab does not get disabled, and is in fact selectable, popping up an empty building list:
Steps to Reproduce
Start a new colony and click on the greyed out "Automation" button, and then compare it's functionality to other greyed out building buttons.
There are no comments to display.
