Pipe element sensor detects selected gas too early, and blocks the pipe. Element sensor+vent combo cannot be used to filter gases any more

pressure sensor can be off by around 100 grams, it takes several seconds to show the actual pressure. This broke my SPOM.

hydro sensor is also too slow.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Yeah.. sensors are totally broken. It seems to me like the output waits for the vent's animation to finish before pushing next packet. That makes any wrong packet output after that to go out of the vent instead of moving along the pipe. This build ends up letting out both oxygen and polluted oxygen instead of filtering it
