Not sure if this is intended, but in the DLC branch dupes does not deliver to automatic dispenser if its unpowered. Picture 1 has power switch set to off, pic 2 power switch on
IIRC on the main branch automatic dispenser still getting deliveries when unpowered
Steps to Reproduce
Build automatic dispenser and try to toggle with power and no power
