Alpha- Cool Slush Geyser not emitting polluted water

I found a cool slush geyser however, when it says that it is emitting polluted water nothing is actually coming out.

Steps to Reproduce

Found during gameplay. I'm not sure how to reproduce it.

This is the only game breaking bug that I noticed so far. It is extremely difficult to continue without water, especially since I noticed this when I already ran out.
