447728 - No way to fill small petroleum engine

Small Petroleum engine doesn't seem to have a liquid intake port. Dupes don't seem to deliver petroleum by hand from pitcher pump (or frozen debris). Rocket liquid port didn't do it either.

Steps to Reproduce

Load Sandbox DLC.sav

Go to bugs

also maybe make limit for  

[WARNING] Effective mass cannot be greater than capacity!

that info is not relay useful at all in debug, maybe even remove that? or make debug more clear at where it happens inside game?

i had once log 20gib big only because off that

that is inside ConduitFlow.cs if interested
