Tidal Springs-If item built before turbine, top tiles of turbine can build over items

Able to prebuild items behind a turbine or alternatively, unable to build items behind turbine post creation depending on developers.

Steps to Reproduce

Build liquid vent in top right or top middle of the 3x3 the vent requires(The top left is the automation port and won't allow you to overlap it). Build turbine ontop of vents.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

This can also happen with the Oil Refinery. Both will be fixed in the next hotfix.
