The Aquatic Milking Station cannot be disabled by automation. Even when disabled, Duplicants still use the Aquatic Milking Station.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I have this behavior as well. I put my station on a simple on/off switch with automation and it was used anyway. The info card also does not state its disabled status either.
