Rhex do not porduce Feather Fiber

Hi, I have problem - i have shred Rhex several time and it never produce Feather Fiber.

shred rhex

Go to bugs

it gets sent to the tile directly to the left of the shearing station. if thats a natural tile it becomes entombed in it. dig up that tile
