Pips can plant multiple seeds on the same tile (not sure if the bug is back, or if it never left)

I'm not sure if this bug is back or if it never left. Just in case it was fixed but is back I'll leave a bug report.

 

When using Pips to plant seeds, they can plant two plants on the same tile.

Steps to Reproduce

Have Pips plant stuff. (With several Pips in the same planting area.) Sooner or later it will happen.
