Partially blocked insulated door cannot be unlocked

The new insulated doors appear to be unreachable to unlock by dupes if they're built partially blocked in a wall.

The pictured door will never be unlocked by dupes coming from above. The lower area is presently inaccessible, so I haven't tested it from that direction.

Steps to Reproduce

Triggers for doors that have their bottoms covered up.  Does not trigger on a door that's fully accessible to the right.

Provided save includes door shown in screenshot.

I can confirm this behavior as well on insulated doors, in my case I built a tile on the right side of the doors lower cell, leaving dupe access to the doors top right cell. They could not unlock to the door until i removed the tile.
