Pacu is confined and miserable after a friend perishes

Not sure if it has anything to do with other Pacu dying in the same pool, but this is also happening to me. Pacu in the middle and top definitely have enough space for each of them, but are both Confined. The one on the bottom left seems to be doing fine, though.

The same situation happened to my pool pacus.

This [confined] disappeared after reload the game.

This is definitely a bug.

They can also feel better when a newly spawned pacu joins them, but still remember the event on their own (until the game reloaded).

I have the same issue. Pacus suddenly turn "confined" though there is enough space (which should give them "cramped" instead, anyways).
After reload, the tagging is gone, but returns after a while. It is really annoying, i.e., in early game when food is scarse and you are trying to hit the "Carnivore" challenge...
