Neither the Lavatory or the Gunk Extractor generate germs on duplicants when their primary function is executed (i.e. they are used). Germs are still created on their output products, as normal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Build a lavatory and provide input water
- Wait for a duplicant to use the facility
- Upon completion, note that no germs are generated on either the duplicant, nor the building
