mods not downloading at all, mods constantly uninstalling themselves

heeelpppp @EricKlei :( my whole mod list is gone and uninstalling ONI doesn't fix it, uninstalling appmanifest or workshop files doesn't fix it or even call for a redownload. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. try to install a mod

2. nothing happens

3. try to update an existing mod

4. nothing happens

5. delete your workshop.acf 

6. nothing happens

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I'm not sure if it's a wise idea to publish the QoL update when this requires a lot of mods to update while Steam fails and a lot more player would have these issues.

Just reported the bug to Steam. Hopefully someone will pick it up.
