Lubrication Station fuel meter overlaps duplicant faces in certain cases

I believe this might be caused when duplicants perform work on a building to the right, but the animation places them over the fuel meter.

Steps to Reproduce

Place full lubrication station next to a wall toilet

Have a bionic duplicant clog the toilet

Have a duplicant empty the clogged toilet
