Setting the automation output of a full Liquid Reservoir to 100/100 has it oscillating fast. Persists over save/reload. The same happens on an empty liquid tank with 0/0 setting. Gas tank seems to have the same problem.
Fix: The standard engineering fix for this type of problem is to add a hysteresis, for example 1%.
