Flydo seems to ignore any Supply errands of a priority less than 5, choosing to idle instead.
I believe Rovers and Biobots behave similarly, but this feels a lot more problematic on Flydo.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Make a Flydo and power it
2. Issue some supply errands at any priority between 1 and 4
3. Notice that Flydo is ignoring them
4. Increase the priority of said errands to 5
5. Notice that Flydo is doing them now
