Dupes not using showers.

I cannot get my dupes to use the showers, no matter what their schedule is like, even if the schedule is all bath time/down time/sleep, no work blocks. Showers have the necessary plumbing and are located in a washroom. 

Steps to Reproduce

Run the game for a full cycle.

Sethatlantis is a save that was started on the beta branch and the dupes will not use showers.

Sethaceous Period was started on the public branch. When loading this save on public branch, the showers work fine. Loading the save on the beta branch however, causes the dupes to stop using the showers.
