Database update required for Tallow

Tallow can now be produced via biodiesel. Game has FPP installed but not enabled. This comes from a save file that does not have FPP enabled:

Steps to Reproduce

Select Tallow in DB.

Expected:

Tallow will show it can be made via biodiesel. (Include spigot seal specifics when FPP is enabled.)

Observed:

Tallow only shows spigot seal origin even if FPP is missing (not enabled) in save file.
