Crashing around Dupe POI

Digging around here crashes the game for some reason.

Steps to Reproduce

Load save. Dig tiles pointed in the screenshot (yellow alert the dig command so dupes come immediately)

Go to bugs

It seems that dupes can't use their multitool on polluted mud on base game in general. When you try to dig polluted mud with a dupe, game crashes
