it seems to be related to a mod i had running (Sandbox Tools) as the bugged item doesnt show up in the menu without it, but i could still try to spawn it even after disabling the mode, and it would still crash (the video below was taken after the mod was disabled)
Steps to Reproduce
when in snadbox mode, if the "sandbox tools" mod is running, the 'Spawner' tool would allow you to choose a bugged object without a texture called 'Ovagro vine', trying to spawn it causes a crash
