Unlocking tech from the research portal POI on Ceres and clicking the message that pops up, crashes the game

Steps to Reproduce

Create new world. Unlock technology from research portal. Click message that pops up to see what you unlocked

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Same for me. Not sure if I am supposed to submit my own bug report or not. I could not find any protocol post on the forums. Clicking on the research portal after the message pops up also crashes the game.
