Can't apply farmer's touch to megafrond

Duplicants won't apply farmer's touch to megafrond plants.

Steela has the farming booster so it's not that.

If this is intended because they grow from a spore and are therefore fungi it doesn't make much sense because you can fertilize duskcaps just fine. If it is for balance, I don't think most players end up using the farm station and fertilizer so I don't think it would break the game.

Steps to Reproduce

- Put a duplicant with the farming skill in a room with a farming station and a megafrond

- Give them fertilizer

You can see in Farm station's description, it applies the buff to basically all plants (from what I saw) except for megafrond for some reason
