Building over plants

When building over plants (alveo vera in my case) in the development build (618940), the plant does not need to be uprooted and the building can be built over the top.

Steps to Reproduce

In my case:

Build building (cot) over a plant

Duplicants build building

Cancel uproot command

Go to bugs

User Feedback

This is likely because you are using the Build Over Plants mod with Instant Build Mode on.

I realise in hindsight that this is likely due to build over plants, however, there was no debug or sandbox in the colony

That's a bug of the mod then. Without that mod, you can't build something if there is a plant there
