While this behavior might be intentional, this creates several inconviniences. Making Bionics drop Empty Eco Banks once they found a replacement will help with that.
1. Instead of empty banks lying near the eco chargers(where Bionics are likely to find new power bank), they are lying all across the base, requiring Dupes to find and sweep them
2. Power bank can end, while Bionic is above water/pit, making empty bank drop there and becoming inaccessible
Steps to Reproduce
1. Wait until Eco Power Bank ends
2. See it on the ground
