Not sure if this is intended or will be fixed later, but since bionic duplicants can't get the skill of basic swimming they cannot use any of the aquatic station as one of its requirements are that the dupe must posess the swimming skill. So even though the booster has been fixed so that it includes the aquatic stations, they still cannot actually use the stations at all.
Steps to Reproduce
All of the Aquatic stations (grooming, milking and shearing station) has the requirement og Basic swimming skills.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
