I encountered a three weird things with Bionic duplicants carrying capacity.
1. Adding multiple strength booster doesn't applies the +600 kg carrying capacity multiple times (see in picture one and two). Maybe it's intended to keep the carrying capacity in a reasonable range and it's not a bug, but I didn't see any description about this.
2. Removing the additional strength booster changes the carrying capacity -600 kg (it changes with -800 kg but the additional -200 kg get applied because the duplicant also lose 5 strength) even if the other booster is equipped (see in picture two and three). Removing all the strength boosters fixes the carrying capacity.
3. The fist delivery after the carrying capacity change if the next errand is storing or suppling it will be performed with the old value on the second errand it's using the correct capacity ( for example the carrying capacity changed form 200 kg to 1000 kg and the next errand is to store a 7000 kg debris the first time the duplicant only picks up 200 kg and on the second trip moves 1000 kg).
Steps for the first: Add at least two strength booster to thte bionic duplicant
Steps for the second: Add at least two strength booster to the bionic duplicant
Remove one strength booster from the bionic duplicant
Steps for a third: Change the carrying capacity and made sure the next errand will be a storing with for example a few tons weight of debris.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
