Creating several Base Game Standard Relica Clusters shows some spawn without new critter 'Lumb'.

Create World Gen Base Game Standard Relica Cluster. Disable All other DLCs. DIsable Care Packages. Disable Story Traits.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
