In the germs tool tip about the Growth factors is the word "germs" twice. See also in the translation template an the attached screenshot. The variable {0} includes already the text "germs", so the second word in the template should be deleted.

Look at a field with low germs in it.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
