wrong gas valve output / pipe input

Wrong input of pipe behind the valve. See screenshots below.

EDIT:  So i did try to empty the pipes  - the one between valve and generators, after that everything works perfectly. So it was not a bug at all.

Steps to Reproduce
set gas valve output less then 1 Kg, the input of next pipe will be just 1 Kg.
Go to bugs
