Wires aren't connected when I restart?

I just reloaded my game after starting a new game and playing for a few hours last night. It would be incredibly annoying if I had to rebuild all of my wires as soon as I load in. It'd be great if this was solved quickly.image.thumb.png.bf7ee851c150efb3bcc6b6942a42420e.png

It should also be noted that my water pitcher says that it isn't submerged in water when it clearly is. I am not sure if this is related to the other bug or not, but I felt as if it should be noted.

My microbe musher also seems to believe it has nothing queued even though it very clearly does.

All these images were taken as soon as I loaded the game.

Steps to Reproduce
I am unaware of any reason this might have occurred. I haven't reinstalled in a while if that was the case. The same thing happened to my game before this. I opened it after the update and the same problem occurred. I wanted to start a new game anyway, so I did. I had not opened it in several updates, so I am not sure on which update could have caused this.

Hi @foxflowers,

You mentioned that this is the case immediately after loading your game, and it appears from your screenshots that the game is still paused. There is a general issue with the game in which many status items are not accurate until the simulation is actually running... if you unpause the game you should see that most of the incorrect messages you see go away.

If any issues still remain after unpausing the game, please upload a save file to help with investigation, thanks!
