Windows 10 build 16232 ONI failing to launch

When you have the game running – does the Oxygen Not Included icon show up in your toolbar in the bottom of the desktop screen?

Do you happen to have a two-monitor desktop setting? Even if not, your computer may be trying to launch the game in what it thinks is a separate window.

Yes

Windows 10, DXDiag reports I have DX12 and I am running a GTX745 with latest drivers as of 2 days ago.

I did the reg key as well to no avail.
