While in windowed mode, if you resize the window enough or rapidly, it seems to change your refresh rate down to something your monitor can't support.
I started at 60Hz, and after being forced to power cycle my computer to see anything at all (even in windows itself), this is the settings it shows when I check settings:
Tired of having to force shutoff my computer potentially corrupting files (can't use the power button shutdown option as my dog bumps it all the time so it's disabled, so I have to hold it and power it off cold), so I won't be testing this anymore, but if it helps, I have replicated this, consistantly, 4 times already but only on the new game duplicant selection screen.
Steps to Reproduce
Turn on windowed mode, resize page from one corner a bunch, screen will blank out with everything still running (sounds) because it unable to display at that refresh rate. Closing the game with alt+f4 does not reset refresh rate. Have to reboot.
