When Oil Well is disabled by automation, Dupe can get stuck perma-releasing pressure

Nisbet is stuck permanently trying to release pressure from an oil well that is disabled by automation.

(Manually enabling the oil well fixes the issue. But having to keep an eye on automated machines kind of defeats the point of automation... :-) )

Steps to Reproduce

Have an oil well that needs its pressure released, then disable the oil well with automation.

I experience this as well. My workaround until it is fixed is by using a Duplicant Motion Sensor to activate the well whenever a dupe is near it.
