It looks when gas liquifies in airflow tile, the liquid was displaced somewhere else. (this make sense because the liquid is not allowed in airflow tile) . In my case liquid is displaced too far, it is out of my liquefier. When I deconstruct airflow tiles everything is ok.

Add airflow tiles somewhere where gas changes state to a liquid.
