Weird water physics

What's going on with the water here, does anyone know? One of my duplicants urinated themselves I think and so the water has really bugged out on my game, sometimes causing issues when it comes to pumping.

Steps to Reproduce
Duplicant urinated themselves, combined with weird segments of base/minerals missing caused this, I think.
Go to bugs

Well that is interesting. I've had enormous amounts of water just disappear out of my cistern after making it larger.

That is contaminated water attempting to settle.  It does provide some interesting effects while it is attempting to do so.
