This red pop up seems unfinished or something. When I mouse over it, it says "The selected research focus requires a {0} to perform. Open the build menu - Research [R] to build one." This came up when I started researching sanitation when I didn't have an advanced research station.
Steps to Reproduce
What I did : 1. cued plumbing and sanitation for research 2. didn't have advanced research station to research sanitation 3. When Plumbing finished researching, The pop up came up
