Weight plates are unusable for dupe detection

Since dupes drop stuff always and everywhere, weight plates are unusable to detect dupes as some dupe is sure to drop something heavier than a dupe on them pretty soon. Since dupe detection seems to be their main purpose, I call them broken.

Fix: add a "Dupe Detector", that ignores everything except a dupe.
