Water sieve still sometimes outputting at set temperature

I've noticed that the output of water sieves sometimes is outputting at the old set 100 degrees F (37.77 C).

I do know that with the way it is setup now for standard behavior is that it outputs the clean water at whatever total specific heat that the polluted water came in at divided by the clean water's specific heat capacity (which is slightly higher than polluted water).
