Water pipe bridge disappearing ever time it's built

Ok so it appear's the water bridge is actually built but totally invisible. On top of that it let's me build another bridge in the exact same spots. It doesn't appear in the water pipe view but the circuit is complete and it just looks like I have water flowing through 2 solid blocks now.

Hi, would it be possible for you to attach your save file here? Does this keep happening after you save and reload?
