Water deleted via Super Computer

When a Super Computer (SC) is not completely full of water, a dupe will attempt to use it, the entire water will be immediately consumed, and no research is completed. The water is essentially deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a slow water drip into a pool with a pitcher pump. I have a water supply running into a liquid valve that's set to 600g/s. The Pitcher Pump is typically at around 2 - 4 kg of water available. Dupes get water, load it into the SC, then another dupe attempts to use the SC. The water is completely consumed and no research is completed.

User Feedback

Research at a Super Computer consumes a lot of water for each point of research. The dupes will typically load it with 600kg at a time if it's available.

It's possible you're just not providing enough water at once to make any progress.

Research buildings can store partial research points as long as you don't deconstruct them. 4 kilograms of water is 0.08 advanced research points.
