Water cooler morale

It works fine. You need at least 2 dupes to use it at the same time and they need some extra time for a chat.

I don't know if it works fine for Spaced Out but in base game I see no morale bonus for some reason

No it shouldn't. No need to thank me for making it clear for you.

Hope I helped a little to make the bug more clear, as it doesn't always happen. Looks like all that you're missing is the duplicants having a conversation while using the water cooler. Maybe it helps devs to pinpoint the problem.
