[WARNING] Failed to read C:\Users\Usename\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\WorldGenSimSave.dat

I'll label this as client crash because it's basically just that. The game tries to generate a new world and suddendly it goes grey with a black quare in the top right and then back to the main menu. There seems to be something wrong with that file, it wasn't there one time at all when I changed between versions and now it's back after re installing the game all together but it still won't work!

The error in the log seems to imply that some other application has that file open. If you close Oxygen Not Included, can you delete that file? If not, then I would try restarting or closing some of the other applications on your machine to see if you can track down why that file can't be read.
