The warning in the topleft corner about buildings lacking resources is shown even for buildings that have been disabled. This is rather annoying, as for disabled buildings it IMO doesn't matter (and they might have been disabled exactly because at the moment there are no resources for them, that's usually my case with backup algae deoxidizers).
Steps to Reproduce
- Build algae deoxidier. - Run out of algae. - Notice there's warning about the deoxidizer lacking resources. - Turn off the deoxidier. - The warning still stays.
