Visuell Bug with Bionomic Dupes

This has been happening to me too, but with regular dupes. Seems to happen when they do certain actions. I was able to resolve it (i think) by removing their hats.

I get them too, though not all the time, usually when it starts happening, it'll flash red in various places on the model, i think while digging normally. Wondering if something just starts glitching randomly after a while, i noticed some of my Bonbon tree branches also started getting their appearances messed up after a while, perhaps there's a connection.

Hello! I started to notice that as well since the March update, after I decided to customize my duplicant's outfits (both regular and bionic). Hope that helps track it down!
