virtual planetarium did not require the planetarium researcher trait

virtual planetarium says it needs the planetarium trait.

I just had a dupe get in that didn't require it.

Steps to Reproduce
built the virtual planetarium  assign a dupe that doesn't have the planetarium trait. (my colony has a few dupes that have it but they are not allowed to research at the moment.) watch them research
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I  also encountered the same bug, basically the dupes don't need the Astronomy job to use the virtual planetarium.
