Various bugs one of them gamebreaking - Oil beta

I gave the oil beta a go, and I'm encountering several bugs.

First, the farming tiles were two squares off vertically when rotating them for peppers. This one seems to have gone away with the last patch.

Next, I couldn't get polluted water to irrigate any plant that wanted it, even if all other requirements were met (ie. temp, pressure, etc). I tried piping it to them from the sides, and from underneath. I had no issues of this sort with identically piped fresh water to plants requiring that.

Lastly, today my dupes have begun sometimes just freezing in place unable to move in any way - even their idle animations stop, and they all say "going to repair" some unknown something. Nothing will change it, not deleting the blocks under their feet, not putting things in alert mode, they just stand like flies in amber until they make a mess, then starve, or suffocate if somewhere unbreathable. I've tried new game 3 times now just on this last one alone, and it's done it every time.
