With Smart and Jumbo Batteries on the same network and Smart ones controlling power generators, Jumbo ones end up empty over time i.e. useless with Smart ones full at the same time. It's a regression, it worked ok earlier.
Steps to Reproduce
Set up Smart and Jumbo Batteries on the same network, with Smart ones controlling power generators. With each charge/discharge cycle difference in charge level becomes larger.
