updated: none of the actions are displaying correctly

no matter how you drag it, it only shows as one tile wide (either horizontal or vertical) however, it does change the priority as you'd expect (ie. the box it should show DOES have its priority changed.)

EDIT: now all of the (lower right) actions are doing the same thing. i do not know what has caused this as it certainly wasn't doing it earlier today

ok so, reloading did not fix it. quitting and restarting did not fix it. verifying data files did not fix it. restarting steam did not fix it. only after restarting my whole PC it DID fix it.
there are no output logs.
