Unusable Pedestal and Display Shelves

Display shelves work normally while I can't choose any object on pedestal. All grayed out. New save didn't solve either. All DLC's are active. I find the culprit mod which is :"Rotate Everything". Happened after April 1 update. Two mods: "Rotate Everything", "Rotate Buildings" from steam workshop causes it. Latter also affect display shelves while "Rotate Everything" don't. Probably(IMO) because "Rotate Everything" is older and don't try to rotate shelves while "Rotate Buildings" is rotate shelves too.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to use pedestal with "Rotate Everything" Mod from steam workshop. I also tried "Rotate Buildings" mod which also make pedestals AND display shelves unusable.(Other Mods don't affect them. Tried.)

On an existing game, I found that disabling the mod caused mod-rotated buildings to revert to the normal version, but I was able to use the Pedestal properly.

From the Steam Workshop comments, looks like the "Rotate Everything" mod author is looking into it!
